Before real estate, Demis worked in the technology sector for over twenty years, and during that time worked hard to secure his first investment property – a duplex in the GTA – which kick-started his real estate adventures. From there, Demis went on to purchase properties in Burlington, Hamilton and Niagara Falls, all while learning about what to look for in properties, and how to maximize investment opportunities.
